Mike, you gave a case regarding foreign policy, at least as Harris has spelled it out so far. But on domestic matters, especially given her embrace of the UAW and other unions, I find very little that would fit the label 'neoconservative,' especially Cheney-style. You can go here and look it over: https://kamalaharris.com/issues/

This little chunk of history from Jacobin...

Even though Kristol acknowledged in 1963 that he considered some aspects of the Democratic Party’s efforts to expand the welfare state dubious, his allegiance to the party of Cold War liberalism persisted through 1968, when he voted for Democratic presidential nominee Hubert Humphrey. But a mere two years later Kristol was dining at the White House with Nixon, the two men brought together by their shared hatred of the New Left. https://jacobin.com/2015/04/neoconservatives-kristol-podhoretz-hartman-culture-war

Yes, it presents an interesting contradiction within the party that will surely play out if Harris is elected. It is already playing out in the sense that "guns and butter" economics is unsustainable and that the war ultimately comes home. It's the nature of imperialism. A good example was the way Biden busted the railroad workers strike in the name of national security.
